How Endear mined custom signals in thousands of accounts to generate 25% more meetings

The Challenge

One of the most important buying signals for Endear is whenever any of the 1800 retailers open new stores because it's an indication that the retailer is in growth mode and in a positive mindset.  This represents the optimal moment for Endear to engage the buyer to book a qualified sales meeting.  However, it is difficult for Endear to discover these custom buying signals when they actually occur since there are no data providers that offer a database of these signals.   Rather, with six full cycle sellers, the only way that Endear was able to find these custom buying signals was to search and mine these signals manually.  Unfortunately, since the sales team is often busy and involved in a myriad of tasks, none of these sellers were able to do this consistently...until they started using Tiga.

The Solution

With Tiga, Endear was able to discover whenever any of the 1800 retailers announce new store openings.  Since these retailers seldom post announcements on Linkedin, Endear employed Tiga's web search agent which is able to conduct a web search query for each account to discover whether the account has opened any new stores in the past month. It will then evaluate the result and using a fine-tuned AI model, it is able to find and summarize the relevant new store announcement.  

As these retail accounts are identified, Tiga generates a custom, personalized email to send to key buyer contacts in each of those accounts and subsequently adds them to a pre-existing multi-channel, campaign sequence conducted over both email and Linkedin.
